In the beginning, the preliminary assessment of the site and the collection of data related to it is of great importance.

The first step in the process is to take precise dimensions of the object, as well as to get acquainted on the spot with its specifics. Other key parameters are being established, including a survey of the territory, rough budgets and timelines. Taking into account the wishes of the client and the realities of the site, we create a design concept. We move on to the development of the project, most often going through three phases. We prepare all the project documentation and all graphic materials necessary for the implementation. After finalizing the project solution, we move on to calculating quantities, selecting specific construction materials and items, preparing tables for construction and installation work, sending inquiries. After the completion of these activities we move on to implementation.

After all the parameters and specifics of the site are identified, the dismantling works begin, which are carried out in technological sequence. If provided in the project, partition walls are demolished, old flooring and cladding are removed, various types of installations are dismantled. After the completion of this phase, the construction site is prepared for the start of the next stage.

The partial or complete construction of new partition walls begins. If necessary, the existing walls are straightened. The levels of the various elements in the site (floors, suspended ceilings, etc.) are determined and the structures for the front wall cladding are built.

The routes of the different types of floor, wall and ceiling installations are traced and their laying is prepared in the next stage. The necessary floor screed is built, in accordance with the type of the provided flooring, in order to ensure a smooth transition between the rooms. The new partition walls and suspended ceilings are completed and leveling coatings are  applied.

At this stage, installations are being laid at the site. Our teams perform all types of installations: high-current and low-current installation, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, etc.

Channels are cut in the walls, in which all the necessary installations will be located at the next stage.

The air ducts and the equipment of the ventilation system are installed. The positions of the water outlets are corrected, water meters are moved and the sewerage is brought to the places provided for the placement of sanitary equipment.

High-current installations and lighting cables are laid and all lighting outlets, sockets and switches are monitored.

We move on to the layout of the ceiling, walls and floors. The various plasters, facings, floor coverings and other finishing coatings are applied. Contacts between different textures, colors and materials are treated in detail to avoid conflicts.  The contacts between floor, walls and ceiling are carefully constructed. Then skirting boards, floor moldings, cornices, etc. are applied - the contour of the interior coverings is formed.

After completing all the finishes, we move on to the installation of doors, lighting fixtures, sanitary appliances, etc.

After the completion of all construction and installation works, we move on to the delivery and assembly of the furniture, the installation of electrical appliances and the overall decoration of the site.

Even the smallest details are followed by us, not only at this stage, but also in the whole stage of implementation. It is important to be able to give the object the spirit and concept that we set in the beginning.
